Implementation Methodology

Our implementation methodology has been developed over the years from the experiences gathered from hundreds of successful implementations. We recognize how important it is that our specialists fully understands your business so that decisions can be made jointly at each stage of the implementation process.

Our onsite implementation typically go through a minimum of 4 weeks hand-holding cycle; where we jointly decide on coding, system settings, control accounts and finally financial reporting.

While training end-users on the specific use of A21 software is important, the consulting exercise that maps business processes and information flows to the software is the most important part of implementation.

As we always say, the solution is not in the software but in the appropriate implementation.
